I'm Austin, a Louisville-based photographer and FAA Part 107-certified drone pilot with over a decade in real estate marketing and photography experience. Before I ever picked up a camera professionally, I was on the other side of the table — writing the brochures, designing the brand guidelines, and managing the marketing for multifamily developers and commercial real estate firms. I understand what brokers need to market a property, what a developer needs to show investors, and what makes a property manager's marketing team actually happy with the deliverable — because I used to be that person.

• 10+ years in real estate marketing, so I understand deadlines and how visuals get used
